The Gearmore Grading Scrapers were designed to perform many different tasks, such as: landscaping, road repair, arena maintenance, etc. Many unique features enable the operator to do a number of different tasks, no matter what the soil conditions.
Grading Scrapers GS/GSI Series Features:
– 3-point hitch and skid steer mount quick hitch compatibility
– For tractors up to 100 H.P.
– Heavy 5″ x 5″ steel tubing with ¼” wall main front beam
– 3″ x 3″ steel tubing rear support beam
– Strong clevis type hitch points
– Top mast made of ⅝” plate
– Two ½” x 6″ heat-treated reversible beveled cutting edges
– Easy to adjust cutting edges (0 to 1½” below side panels, preset at ½”)
– Front cutting blade adjustable lower than rear blade to compensate for wear
– 20″ spacing between cutting edges for maximum mixing action
– ¼” x 18″ x 60″ formed side panels capture and retain material
– ⅜” x 2 ½” replaceable skid plates on side panels
– No moving parts to maintain
– 10′ & 12′ units have three support braces from main beam/top mast to rear support beam
